Addressed compatibility issues by enhancing the Windmill Parser to recognize google-cloud-bigquery as a valid dependency, specifically by adding googlecloudbigquery to the Python dependency exceptions. This adjustment refined the import replacement logic, reducing import-time errors and streamlining dependency handling for BigQuery-centric projects. Utilized Rust for backend logic and Python for dependency management, ensuring that data teams experience fewer disruptions when integrating with Google Cloud BigQuery. The work delivered targeted improvements that support more reliable and maintainable workflows for cloud-based data processing.
