During March 2026, contributed to the windmill-labs/windmill repository by enhancing the admin onboarding process through improved email validation in the superadmin setup form. Focused on updating the validation regex to support modern top-level domains, this work increased the accuracy and flexibility of email input, directly reducing onboarding errors and improving data quality. The implementation involved frontend form validation using Svelte and JavaScript, with careful attention to code review and commit traceability. No major bugs were addressed during this period, but the feature delivered a smoother onboarding experience and reduced support overhead by preventing invalid email submissions at the source.
