Arnej Duranovic enhanced telemetry capabilities in the CDCgov/prime-reportstream repository by introducing item-level tracking to the REPORT_RECEIVED event. He implemented an itemCount property using Kotlin, enabling more granular monitoring of inbound reports for dashboards and SLA compliance.
