During November 2024, ArtificialSloth focused on enhancing the subtitles menu UI for the stremio-web repository, delivering a feature that improved both usability and localization readiness. They restructured the display logic to reorder origin and label information, implemented a fallback mechanism for URL checks, and introduced translation support for origin text to better serve non-English users. Using React and JavaScript, ArtificialSloth addressed long-label overflow issues and refined the rendering of track origins, ensuring robust handling of edge cases. The work demonstrated thoughtful attention to UI/UX design, resulting in a more accessible and resilient subtitles configuration experience for end users.
