Worked on improving permissions data integrity and edge-case handling for top-level-storage-access across the mdn/browser-compat-data and philipwalton/content repositories. Addressed two bugs by updating Permissions.json to accurately reflect Chrome 113 support and refining the getPermission logic to ensure permissions.query receives the correct origin parameter. Focused on aligning dataset expectations with browser behavior, these changes enhanced the reliability and maintainability of permissions-related code. Utilized JavaScript and JSON for API integration and browser compatibility data management, reducing compatibility risks for developers and supporting more robust runtime checks. The work contributed to consistent, traceable permissions data across multiple codebases.
