Worked on the KratosMultiphysics/Kratos repository to enhance the stability and reliability of GiD Post output workflows. Focused on C programming and library development, the work involved reverting real-number formatting precision in the gidpost library to restore previous output behavior, which helped prevent regressions in downstream analyses. Updated test reference outputs for head extrapolation, ensuring that automated tests aligned with the latest expected formats and maintained compatibility across versions. Emphasized test hygiene and continuous integration reliability by carefully versioning reference files and providing traceable commit updates. No new features were introduced, with efforts concentrated on bug fixes and robust maintenance practices.
