Avie developed a security-focused Android build integration for the bitrise-io/bitrise-steplib repository, delivering a new build step that automates app protection using the Appdome platform. By leveraging YAML for configuration and applying Android development and DevOps skills, Avie enabled seamless integration of security features directly into the CI/CD pipeline. This work reduced manual intervention in the build process and strengthened the security posture of Android app delivery. The solution, released as version 3.5.0, addressed the need for automated security during builds, demonstrating a focused engineering approach to integrating third-party security tools within established CI/CD workflows. No bugs were reported.
