Worked on the github/awesome-copilot repository to enhance the PM-skills plugin installation process and improve marketplace data validation. Focused on JSON manipulation and plugin development, the work involved updating installation commands to use plain tag names, ensuring compatibility with standard plugin conventions. Regenerated marketplace.json to reflect changes in external.json, resolving validation issues flagged by CI workflows and maintaining data consistency across the marketplace. Local validation steps, including npm-based checks, confirmed that the install flow integrated all required skills and components. These efforts reduced user installation errors and streamlined onboarding by aligning plugin data with peer entries in the ecosystem.
