Worked on improving device initialization stability in the flipperdevices/u-boot repository by addressing a reliability issue in the CAAM random number generator. Focused on embedded systems and driver development using C, the work involved fixing a startup failure by adjusting the timing of cache invalidation for the output ring. By moving this operation to immediately follow hardware notification, the solution prevented descriptor lookup failures during initialization. This targeted bug fix enhanced the reliability of cryptographic hardware initialization without introducing new features, demonstrating a methodical approach to low-level system debugging and maintenance within a complex embedded software environment.
