Developed a security-focused feature for the box-ui-elements repository, implementing shared link auto-expiration restrictions to enhance governance and reduce the risk of stale links. The solution supported multiple condition combinations, integrating seamlessly with the existing policy framework to provide users with greater control over link sharing. Leveraged React and JavaScript for front end development, while applying test-driven development practices to ensure reliability. Added comprehensive unit and integration tests to validate both functionality and integration points. Collaborated closely with security and design teams, demonstrating a methodical approach to code quality and cross-functional alignment throughout the delivery of this targeted security enhancement.
