During April 2025, Bazarkua worked on the RTXteam/RTX repository, focusing on maintaining API and schema stability by updating OpenAPI YAML files to align with the latest Biolink Model versions. This targeted compatibility effort addressed a key bug, preventing schema inconsistencies and ensuring downstream consumers could access new knowledge graph features without integration risk. Bazarkua’s approach involved isolated, YAML-only changes, supporting traceable commits and predictable rollbacks. Leveraging skills in API development and OpenAPI Specification, Bazarkua contributed to the project’s technical foundation, enabling future feature work while preserving data integrity and minimizing disruption across the RTX knowledge graph ecosystem.
