Glen Anderson contributed to the RTXteam/RTX repository by modernizing and streamlining knowledge graph API integrations, focusing on backend development and infrastructure management. Over four months, Glen restructured treats querying across multiple knowledge providers, consolidated edge representations, and enriched metadata to support broader and more efficient graph searches. Using Python, Docker, and YAML, Glen removed deprecated components, updated OpenAPI specifications, and improved environment routing to ensure reliable cross-environment testing. The work reduced technical debt, clarified repository structure, and accelerated downstream analytics. Glen’s approach emphasized maintainability and compatibility, delivering a leaner codebase and more robust API surface for knowledge graph applications.

March 2025 RTX development focused on stabilizing cross-environment testing and preserving functionality during ITRB downtime. Implemented OpenAPI environment routing changes to KG2 Plover, pointing to a self-hosted development server and temporarily routing staging to development for continued testing endpoints when the ITRB is unavailable. This work reduces environment fragility and accelerates iteration across dev/stage/test, while maintaining production readiness.
