Developed and delivered an incident enrichment feature for the keephq/keep repository, focusing on enhancing the PagerDuty integration to support improved incident triage and post-incident analysis. Leveraging Python for backend development and API integration, the work added key metadata fields such as incident provider, PagerDuty incident ID, incident URL, and service ID to each incident record. This approach enabled richer dashboards, better correlation, and more comprehensive reporting across the incident lifecycle. The feature was integrated directly into the PagerDuty provider, aligning with reliability and observability objectives and supporting more effective cross-team incident response within the existing infrastructure.
