Worked on the thingsboard/thingsboard-edge repository to enhance user feedback mechanisms and improve configuration validation. Developed new issue templates for bug reports, feature requests, and questions, streamlining user engagement and feedback collection. Established a release workflow that manages changelogs and license header formatting, supporting better project maintainability and compliance. Implemented YAML configuration checks to ensure application settings are correct, reducing misconfigurations and post-release incidents. Utilized Java, YAML, and Git to automate validation and release processes, while also merging master into a cleanup branch to advance stability goals. The work focused on DevOps practices and template-driven development for reliability.
