Worked on the woodpecker-ci/woodpecker repository to address stability issues in trusted flags handling across both CLI and server components. Focused on backend development using Go, the developer resolved a nil pointer panic and ensured correct field updates during trusted flag processing. By implementing a targeted fix, they synchronized state between CLI and server, preventing copy-paste related corruption and improving the reliability of secure, flag-based workflows. This work reduced runtime errors and enhanced the user experience for those relying on trusted flags. The solution reinforced code quality and maintainability, demonstrating a methodical approach to API development and backend stability.
