During July 2025, bemeritus provisioned and configured new mail users for the kolyma-labs/instances repository, focusing on onboarding efficiency and secure credential management. By leveraging Nix for NixOS configuration and applying DevOps practices, bemeritus enabled mail delivery for the bemeritus and letrec accounts through domain association and secret-key based passwords. The work reduced manual steps in mail server provisioning, improved reliability for new account setup, and ensured end-to-end traceability via linked Git commits. No critical bugs were reported, reflecting careful implementation. This contribution demonstrated depth in system administration, secure configuration, and automation within a production mail server environment.
