During October 2025, Bhall contributed to the duckduckgo/duckduckgo-locales repository by implementing a bulk import of localization tokens to support AI-related user interfaces across multiple languages. Leveraging expertise in internationalization and localization, Bhall worked with PO files to enable localized AI prompts, onboarding flows, feedback options, and UI labels such as “Pin” and “Remove Pin.” This foundational work addressed the need for scalable, language-agnostic support for upcoming AI features and subscription promotions. The approach established a maintainable structure for future localization expansions and quality assurance, enhancing the global user experience and ensuring readiness for further internationalization efforts.
