Addressed issues with ownership references to ensure proper garbage collection and updated the service specification to handle not-ready endpoints by enabling PublishNotReadyAddresses. Enhanced equality checks and expanded unit tests to validate these changes, using Go and Kubernetes as core technologies. These updates reduced the risk of orphaned resources and misrouted traffic in headless service environments, resulting in improved cluster reliability and deployment confidence. The work emphasized robust debugging practices and careful attention to service lifecycle management.
