Worked on the ankidroid/Anki-Android repository to enhance user experience and product reliability through targeted UI improvements and expanded test coverage. Addressed a UI clarity issue by correcting the browsing queue bottom label in the RepositionCardFragment, making navigation more intuitive for users. Developed comprehensive UI tests for the GradeNowDialog, ensuring that display, interaction, and dismissal behaviors functioned correctly across various card selection scenarios. Utilized Kotlin for both feature development and bug fixing, applying Android development best practices and UI/UX design principles. The work demonstrated a focus on maintainability and quality assurance through thoughtful implementation of UI testing strategies.
