During September 2025, Bona developed the Summer 2025 HEPfit configuration and data setup for the silvest/HEPfit repository, establishing a reproducible foundation for upcoming high-energy physics analyses. Bona implemented and versioned configuration files and input data covering Standard Model and UTfit parameters, as well as flavour configuration, using configuration management best practices. This work streamlined the analysis setup process, reduced onboarding time for analysts, and ensured consistent parameter handling across the team. By leveraging configuration languages and data provisioning techniques, Bona enabled traceable, maintainable workflows that support robust parameter scans and reproducible results for the Summer 2025 HEPfit analysis.
