Worked on stabilizing the localization continuous integration pipeline for the Meeds-io/analytics repository, addressing disruptions caused by recent policy changes affecting cross-organization secret management. Focused on resolving a critical bug in the Crowdin GitHub Actions workflow by updating references to use organization-scoped actions, thereby restoring reliable localization CI for all teams. Utilized YAML to update workflow configurations and leveraged CI/CD best practices to align with new security requirements. This work reduced pipeline failures, improved multilingual release cycles, and reinforced the security posture of the repository, laying the groundwork for future enhancements in localization automation and operational efficiency.
