Worked on enhancing repository governance and contributor experience for the GoogleCloudPlatform/devrel-demos project by implementing structured documentation and process improvements. Established clear contribution guidelines and security practices through the addition of a Code of Conduct, a CONTRIBUTING.md under the .github directory, and a SECURITY.md, all authored in Markdown. Cleaned up outdated documentation to align with current workflows and reduce contributor confusion. Addressed internal navigation by fixing a README link, improving discoverability for new contributors. Focused on repository management and documentation best practices, the work enabled safer, more scalable collaboration and laid a foundation for consistent community participation within the project.
