Addressed a persistent issue where emails were not sent consistently by implementing improved logging and removing problematic message handling logic. Utilized Python and Odoo development skills to consolidate fixes across multiple commits, ensuring that email delivery failures were reduced and customer notification flows became smoother. The technical approach emphasized maintainability and observability, making it easier to monitor and troubleshoot future issues. This work resulted in a more stable notification system, directly improving the operational reliability of the order processing workflow.
