Bumped the Pinterest for WooCommerce plugin to 1.4.19 to reflect the update path and documentation changes. In parallel for Google Listings & Ads, improved test reliability for SyncerHooks by aligning test mocks with merchant center status and PUSH-disabled scenarios, and refined code quality and documentation consistency in MerchantCenterService.php.
