Worked on the gradle/actions repository to deliver a namespace migration for the Develocity agent package, enabling preload and Jest reporter compatibility. The effort involved updating CI workflow files, build scripts, and Jest reporter imports to adopt the new @gradle-tech/develocity-agent namespace. Using JavaScript, Shell, and YAML, the developer ensured that all references aligned with the updated package, followed by a version bump to v1.0.1 and adjustments to the reporter’s scope. This work improved end-to-end compatibility across build automation and test reporting, streamlining maintenance and reducing runtime issues in CI/CD pipelines without introducing any new bugs.
