During April 2025, Jeremie Pichon implemented Prometheus-based observability for Mollitia’s circuit breaker in the genesys/mollitia repository. He designed and delivered a breaker_state metric and failure-rate telemetry, enabling improved monitoring of circuit states and supporting data-driven incident response. Using TypeScript and Prometheus, Jeremie focused on metrics instrumentation and telemetry design, laying the foundation for future dashboards and alerting systems. His work enhanced visibility into circuit management, contributing to faster mean time to recovery and more resilient system operations. The project demonstrated depth in reliability engineering and full stack development, with an emphasis on practical, maintainable solutions for operational monitoring.
