Developed Prometheus-based observability features for the genesys/mollitia repository, focusing on enhancing circuit breaker monitoring and reliability. Implemented a breaker_state metric and failure-rate telemetry, enabling teams to track circuit states and respond to incidents with improved data visibility. The work involved designing and integrating Prometheus instrumentation using TypeScript and Vue within a full stack context, laying the foundation for future dashboards and alerting systems. By delivering concrete telemetry, the project supported faster mean time to recovery and more informed capacity planning. The primary focus was on feature delivery and reliability, with no major bug fixes during this period.
