Worked on the konflux-ci/release-service-catalog repository to enhance RPM deployment reliability by introducing pre-deployment conformity checks within the Push RPM pipeline. This feature ensured that validation steps executed before any push tasks, reducing the risk of deploying non-conforming artifacts and directly addressing deployment quality concerns. The approach involved refining task dependencies and enforcing validation gating, leveraging skills in CI/CD, DevOps, and pipeline management. YAML was used to define and orchestrate the pipeline changes, supporting robust change control and process automation. The work focused on improving deployment workflows in a Koji/RPM context, emphasizing reliability and adherence to release standards.
