Addressed a critical maintenance task by updating the Calunga Plumbing-Utils image digest in the upload-py-pulp task, ensuring the pipeline consistently used the latest, most secure image. This change aligned with organizational requirements for traceability and reproducible builds, directly improving deployment reliability.
