Worked on the zeek/zeek repository to enhance QUIC protocol detection and streamline testing workflows. Developed and integrated DPD signatures to identify QUIC traffic on non-standard ports, expanding protocol coverage and improving detection accuracy. Updated test tooling by replacing zeek-cut with btest-diff-cut and removing unnecessary timestamp handling from conn.log, which simplified log processing and accelerated feedback during continuous integration. Applied Zeek scripting and protocol analysis skills to deliver targeted improvements in detection fidelity and maintainability. All contributions included proper commit hygiene with Signed-off-by lines, ensuring traceability and accountability throughout the development process for robust network monitoring solutions.
