Developed a conditional settings feature for the microsoft/AL-Go repository, enabling workflow configurations in GitHub Actions to dynamically apply settings based on specific event triggers such as push, pull_request, and schedule. Leveraged PowerShell scripting to implement the ConditionalSettings.triggers logic, ensuring robust validation through expanded end-to-end and unit test coverage. Updated both documentation and release notes to clearly describe the new triggers condition, supporting maintainability and user adoption. Coordinated changes through pull requests and linked work to relevant discussions for traceability. This work enhanced DevOps automation by increasing flexibility and targeting of workflow behaviors, laying groundwork for future telemetry integration.
