Worked on foundational modernization of the SAP/crossplane-provider-btp repository by integrating the Terraform Plugin Framework as an external client for BTP resources. This involved refactoring debug logging to enhance traceability and updating dependencies to align with the new framework, thereby reducing upgrade risks and improving maintainability. Leveraging Go for API development and cloud provider integration, the work improved resource management and observability within the provider. The changes established a robust groundwork for future enhancements in Terraform-based provisioning workflows, enabling more flexible and reliable management of BTP resources while supporting ongoing development and maintainability of the provider’s codebase.
