Worked on the hmcts/civil-sdt-commissioning repository to enhance the project’s security posture by updating the suppressions.xml file. Focused on security management and vulnerability assessment, the developer identified and suppressed several CVEs that were either not applicable or recognized as false positives, thereby reducing unnecessary security alert noise. This approach maintained effective monitoring and compliance while ensuring that genuine vulnerabilities remained visible. All changes were clearly documented with descriptive commit messages to support traceability and project alignment.
