Worked on enhancing the Homebrew/homebrew-cask repository by delivering a security-focused update for uSMART Trade. The contribution introduced explicit versioning and SHA256 checksum verification to the update process, ensuring that only validated releases are distributed and reducing the risk of tampered updates. This approach improved the integrity of the release pipeline and strengthened supply-chain security for users installing uSMART Trade through Homebrew Cask. The work demonstrated proficiency in Ruby, cask management, and security verification, with a focus on release automation and version control. No major bugs were addressed during this period, as the primary emphasis was on secure feature delivery.
