Developed a new ManualNucleus2 class in C++ to enable external nuclear configuration loading from binary files, decoupling data sources and improving reproducibility. Extended the data flow between MUSIC and iSpectraSampler by updating SurfaceCellInfo to transfer net baryon density, supporting more accurate surface observable calculations. Additionally, implemented hydrodynamics viscosity configuration enhancements, introducing temperature-dependent shear viscosity and a nuanced bulk viscosity model. Focused on parameter configuration, file I/O, and object-oriented programming to streamline workflows and support future module extensibility without introducing bugs.
