Developed a foundational UI/UX governance artifact for the fossguild/joynride repository by authoring a comprehensive documentation file in Markdown. This work captured detailed design rationale, color schemes, and screen layouts, embedding multiple reference images to provide visual clarity. The documentation established a single source of truth for UI decisions, supporting faster onboarding and ensuring consistency across user experiences. The approach emphasized clear communication of design intent and rationale, leveraging skills in UI/UX design, technical writing, and image embedding within documentation. Version control was managed through git, and the focus remained on documentation and governance rather than bug fixes during this period.
