July 2025 — grafana/killercoda: Delivered consolidation of the OpenTelemetry LGTM stack and lab UX enhancements to simplify deployment, improve observability, and accelerate user onboarding. Replaced the complex multi-service Docker Compose with a lightweight otel-lgtm container, refactored the lab setup script, and updated documentation to clarify how to explore the LGTM stack and view results in Grafana. Minor deployment fixes were applied to stabilize the lab tooling; these changes reduce maintenance overhead and setup time for new users.
