Worked on the TheJumpCloud/support repository to enhance macOS agent uninstallation processes and address script reliability. Developed a robust shell script that synchronized the macOS remove agent workflow with existing standards, introducing functions for managing user group memberships and removing device trust databases to ensure thorough cleanup. Focused on reducing residual artifacts and improving supportability for macOS deployments through comprehensive file and service removal. Additionally, fixed a keychain path removal bug by correcting shell quoting, which improved the reliability of keychain cleanup scripts. Utilized shell scripting, bash, and macOS administration skills to deliver maintainable solutions for system uninstallation and script robustness.
