Daniel Judge enhanced log collection capabilities for the TheJumpCloud/support repository by developing a feature that broadens the scope of credential provider diagnostics in Windows environments. He implemented PowerShell scripting to include provider.json and all related credential provider JSON and log files in the automated collection process, improving the depth and accessibility of troubleshooting data. This work leveraged his skills in log management and Windows administration, resulting in a more comprehensive support tool that streamlines issue triage. Delivered through two incremental commits, Daniel’s approach demonstrated thoughtful engineering by incrementally expanding diagnostic coverage while maintaining clarity and maintainability in the codebase.
