Delivered a new Campaign Task PendingAction UI state to provide clear feedback during skip/remove operations, updated the store and call-control logic to ensure campaign previews are correctly handled and hidden until accepted, and added comprehensive Playwright tests. Fixed a data integrity regression where Skipped/Removed tasks could linger in the task list, improving task lifecycle consistency and user experience. Expanded automated testing coverage to reduce regressions and enable faster iteration on async workflows.

Monthly summary for 2026-05: Delivered a new Campaign Preview and Contact Management feature for campaigns in webex/widgets, empowering agents to accept, skip, or remove campaign contacts within the call flow. The change focused on improving call handling efficiency and campaign management visibility.

April 2026: Delivered two customer-facing features across webex-js-sdk and webex/widgets that directly improve agent workflow and campaign management. Implemented Campaign Contact Skipping/Removal in Contact Center and added Display of Agent-Viewable Global Variables in Call Control CAD. Co-authored PRs with Christina Mullen; demonstrated end-to-end feature delivery, PR hygiene, and cross-repo collaboration. No major production bugs reported in scope; focused on reliability and UX improvements that reduce manual steps and provide richer context during calls.

March 2026 (2026-03) focused on delivering a strategic frontend build optimization for the webex/widgets repository, improving both build performance and the end-user bundle size. Key work centered on externalizing React JSX runtimes to avoid bundling react/jsx-runtime and react/jsx-dev-runtime within Webpack, enabling leaner bundles and faster load times across widget deployments.

October 2025: Delivered Outdial ANI entries support for outbound calls in webex/webex-js-sdk, enabling user-selectable caller IDs from agent profiles. Scope included UI updates, SDK changes, and new API integrations to fetch ANI entries, plus behavioral event tracking for outdial ANI endpoint fetches (success and failure) with unit tests. This work enhances outbound call customization, improves observability and reliability, and provides a foundation for analytics on ANI fetch performance across endpoints.
