January 2025 monthly work summary for the tuva-health/tuva repository. Delivered a key data normalization improvement in the medical claims preprocessing pipeline by broadening NPI normalization to include all rendering provider types and removing a redundant filter. This change increases accuracy and completeness of NPI normalization, reducing downstream data gaps and enabling more reliable analytics and reporting across claims workflows.

November 2024 (2024-11): Delivered the Version 0.12.5 release for tuva and completed version reference alignment in the dbt project to ensure seeds and value sets stay in sync post-release. This release-oriented work improved data consistency, reproducibility, and release traceability. No critical bugs were introduced or fixed this month; focus was on release engineering and project hygiene to support stable analytics pipelines.
