In April 2025, Esha Numittal enhanced the CI/CD pipeline for the microsoft/mssql-python repository by migrating ESRPTask processes and reorganizing pipeline assets under eng/pipelines. She updated the build and release pipelines to leverage AME credentials, which improved security, governance, and flexibility for ESRP releases and artifact publishing. Using YAML and applying her expertise in CI/CD and DevOps, Esha focused on strengthening automation, traceability, and maintainability within the release workflow. Although the work spanned a single feature and did not include bug fixes, it demonstrated a methodical approach to pipeline management and addressed key requirements for secure artifact delivery.
