During December 2025, Freely529 developed a 3DS Save Transfer Utility for the Universal-Team/db repository, focusing on improving save management across 3DS devices and emulators. The utility, implemented using JSON and leveraging skills in 3DS development and utility development, introduced the SaveSync feature to enable seamless copying of save files between hardware and emulated environments. This work addressed the challenge of manual save handling, providing a more streamlined user experience for cross-device migrations. While no major bugs were fixed during this period, the feature was delivered with stability, laying the groundwork for future enhancements in save management workflows.
