Over a two-month period, contributed backend and system programming enhancements to the Telecominfraproject/wlan-ap repository, focusing on reliability and security for production Wi-Fi deployments. Developed a log backup helper for ucentral-pstore, introducing automated log rotation, space checks, and configurable backup directories using Node.js and Shell scripting to reduce disk saturation and improve maintainability. Later, implemented a firmware anti-rollback guardrail, raising the minimum version threshold to 5.0.0 and addressing certificate partition mount failures to strengthen OTA upgrade security. The work demonstrated expertise in Linux, firmware development, and file management, delivering targeted features that improved operational stability and release integrity.
