Worked on the wlan-ap repository to deliver initial support for the Sonicfi rap630w-211g device, focusing on embedded systems and Linux kernel development. The work involved generating a custom root filesystem and updating build configurations to integrate the new hardware, using C and shell scripting to automate the build process. A dedicated shell script was created to streamline rootfs node generation, and build automation was enhanced by updating the build-dev.yml workflow. Additionally, addressed a specific issue related to WIFI-15467 by refining the build process to skip unnecessary CRC32 checksum changes, thereby maintaining compatibility with existing tooling and reducing build churn.
