Worked on stabilizing the CI pipeline for the Checkmarx/ast-cli repository by addressing issues related to code signing certificate handling. Focused on Shell scripting and CI/CD practices, the work involved introducing new variables for certificate label and location, then updating the signing command to reference these variables. This approach ensured that the pipeline could reliably handle certificate rotation, reducing downtime and improving the security of the build process. The changes were tracked against a specific issue for traceability and documented through a dedicated commit, resulting in a more maintainable and robust CI code signing workflow without introducing new features.
