D.iwowi.b contributed Belarusian language support to the open-source Jellyfin and Jellyfin Android TV repositories, focusing on expanding accessibility for Belarusian-speaking users. Over two months, they integrated Weblate-driven translations into both projects, using JavaScript, JSON, and XML to deliver end-to-end localization workflows. Their work included increasing translation coverage in Jellyfin Android TV from 94.4% to 100%, ensuring complete Belarusian localization. By establishing a scalable, traceable process for internationalization and localization, D.iwowi.b enabled seamless translation updates and improved readiness for future deployments, demonstrating depth in open source collaboration and technical proficiency in language support and translation management.
