Worked on stabilizing edge deployment workflows in the netascode/ansible-dc-vxlan repository, focusing on reliability and maintainability. Addressed a critical issue in the edge_connections Jinja2 template by renaming an undefined variable to data_model_extended, ensuring compliance with ansible-lint naming conventions and preventing deployment failures in the L3_WAN BGP workflow. Utilized Ansible, Jinja, and YAML to implement the fix, which reduced deployment risk and streamlined troubleshooting. The work demonstrated careful debugging and disciplined version control, resulting in improved consistency across templates. No new features were released during this period, with efforts concentrated on enhancing infrastructure as code practices.
