Enhanced installation status reporting by including the /dev/backlight/backlight0 device in the installation guide, improving hardware visibility for users during setup. Authored a comprehensive guide on configuring NAT networking for virtual machines using bhyve, detailing steps for virtual switch creation, gateway and firewall rule setup, and network parameter configuration. Both features were implemented using Markdown and Shell scripting, leveraging expertise in FreeBSD, networking, and virtualization. The work streamlined onboarding and reduced support time by clarifying complex installation and networking procedures.
