Worked on the akeylesslabs/helm-charts repository to improve the reliability of Prometheus metrics collection for the Akeyless Kubernetes Secrets Injection solution. Focused on DevOps practices, the work involved identifying and correcting typos in Prometheus configuration and metrics annotations within YAML files, specifically in Chart.yaml and webhook-deployment.yaml. This ensured that metrics were accurately collected and exposed, supporting better observability in Kubernetes environments. The update included incrementing the Helm chart version to facilitate clear release tracking and rollback if needed. The work demonstrated attention to detail in maintaining infrastructure-as-code and reinforced best practices in Helm chart management and Kubernetes operations.
