Worked on improving CI/CD infrastructure for the worldcoin/orb-software and worldcoin/developer-portal repositories by standardizing and streamlining workflow configurations. Addressed authentication consistency in orb-software by replacing the GIT_HUB_TOKEN variable with ORB_GIT_HUB_TOKEN across all GitHub Actions YAML files, reducing misconfiguration risks and enhancing onboarding for new developers. In developer-portal, removed a duplicate relyance.yml workflow to simplify the CI/CD pipeline and prevent conflicting builds, thereby improving maintainability. Focused on infrastructure reliability and developer experience, leveraging skills in CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and YAML to deliver targeted improvements that reduced operational friction and supported more robust continuous integration processes.
